It’s a 748-seat outdoor amphitheater tucked deep in the Wisconsin woods, filled with actors who multitask as stagehands and cooks, and original musicals that feel unmistakably local, from BBQ-feuding Romeo and Juliet families to fictional cheeses and Door County lore.

It’s a place where community, storytelling, and the outdoors blend into something uniquely Wisconsin, and photographing it felt like capturing a summer tradition more than documenting a theater.
